ความรับผิดชอบ

• รับผิดชอบ ดูแลลูกค้าในส่วนกลุ่มงาน Alpha x และกลุ่มงานใหม่ๆ
• จัดทำรายงาน/สรุปการประชุมต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร
• ติดต่อ ประสานงาน กับทางประกันภัย
• เสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านประกันภัย ที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆภายในบริษัท

ประสบการณ์ (Professional Experiences) และ ความรู้/ทักษะ (Knowledge/Skills) :

• มีประสบการณ์ ด้านประกันรถยนต์ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
• มีอัธยาศัยดี บุคลิกดี คล่องแคล่วในการทำงาน
• สามารถนำเสนอผลงานได้ (Presentation)
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำนักงาน word excel และ Power point

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with Direct Manager and team in the effective co-ordination, administration and management of all customers, suppliers and work winning activities to ensure the timely delivery of business development outputs and ensure Goals of the team will be reached as planned.
• To understand customer needs and ensures the policy requirements are fulfilled in a timely and strategic manner.
• Take responsibility on Howden One Project : Work well with Howden Office/Howden Third Party/and Partners in each country to ensure Goals Achievement as planned.
• Seeks out the Expansion Business/New clients and develops client by networking to find new clients; and manages new business from quotation through placement and cross sell insurance products as assigned or when opportunity arises.
• Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients, insurers, reinsurers and colleagues.
• Provides broking and administrative services to clients, advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate.
• Ensures that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.
• Records, reports and utilizes customer information in line with the business development strategy.
• Provides customer-related claims, customer queries, as well as billing and collection assistance.
• Performs People/Team Management professionally with the Problem-Solving Ability.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Thai Nationality
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
• Good Knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance Product
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Insurance Broker Industrial or related
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English

• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
• Good presentation and Business Negotiation skill.
• License Insurance Broker would be required
